Senior Operations Business Resilience Associate

As a Senior Operations Business Resilience Associate, you will lead Ireland's business resilience activities, focusing on business continuity, security risk management, and disaster recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of business continuity and risk management programs.
• Create and maintain business impact assessments, risk assessments, and disaster recovery plans.
• Organize training, awareness, and drills, ensuring alignment with senior leadership, IT, and Engineering teams.
• Identify critical systems and operations, prioritize remediation, and ensure program improvements.
• Ensure compliance with international laws and regulations affecting the program.
• Develop processes for new asset classes, including crypto, and provide cross-border support.

• Strong understanding of regulated financial services.

• Strong risk judgment and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with regulators and multinational companies is a plus.
• Interest in crypto/blockchain is beneficial.

Salary Range: €88,200—€98,000 EUR + bonus, equity, and benefits.
