Senior Product Manager (AI Notification)

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement advanced notification systems powered by AI to deliver personalized, timely, and relevant updates to users.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally to develop strategies for international product development and rollouts.
• Conduct research and usability testing to understand and meet the needs of our international teams.
• Integrate user research, market analysis, and customer feedback to define CRM product requirements that satisfy customer needs and wants.
• Gain in-depth knowledge of our crypto ecosystem and represent international capabilities to address unique requirements.
• Build both back-end and customer-facing solutions to solve localization challenges.
• Prioritize features, build consensus, and coordinate product schedules with engineers, designers, and analysts to deliver high-quality experiences.
• Use data from user behavior and experimentation (e.g., A/B testing, surveys, usability studies) to inform product decisions.
• Define success metrics and ensure the team is aligned on objectives.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of product management experience, particularly in AI technologies and notification strategies, ideally in fintech or blockchain industries.
• Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, with the ability to translate them into product features.
• Excellent user experience sensibilities and familiarity with platform UI best practices.
• Experience managing multiple product features, particularly in AI-driven notifications.
• Strong skills in analytics, user research, and business case development to drive decisions and product improvements.
• Ability to thrive under tight deadlines while managing multiple projects effectively.
• Experience in planning and executing work across assigned streams.
