• Define and lead the end-to-end development of Futures’ product roadmaps and strategies.

• Continuously evaluate and improve existing products, optimizing performance through testing and iterations.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in product management, with expertise in Tech and Crypto Trading products.
• Strong knowledge of Derivatives Trading, including UI, backend services, and matching engines.
• Proven track record in building and delivering client-focused products from inception to launch.
• Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
