1. Develop and implement the company's strategic planning for financial products to ensure that product line development is in line with company goals and customer needs.
2. Analyze market trends and competitors, and put forward targeted product improvement and innovation suggestions to enhance product competitiveness.
3. Identify the key functions and features of the product, develop a detailed product roadmap and release plan, and ensure that the product is delivered on time.
4. Coordinate cross-departmental teams, including design, technology, marketing and operations teams, to ensure product development progress and quality.
5. Manage the entire life cycle of financial products, including product launch, promotion, maintenance and elimination, and continuously optimize products.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in finance, economics or related fields, with a solid theoretical foundation.
2. Applicants with more than 5 years of experience in wealth management/financial product management and familiarity with exchange wealth management products and related businesses will be given priority.
3. Be familiar with the financial market and product development process, and understand the characteristics of financial products and market demand.
4. Have the ability to improve and optimize existing products, and restructure the underlying mechanisms of products to optimize product operations and improve product scalability.
5. Have strong data analysis skills and proficient experience in using product management software.
6. Excellent teamwork and communication skills, good at cross-departmental coordination and cooperation to promote the smooth progress of projects.
7. Have good English language skills, which can be used as working language.
