We are seeking an experienced Senior Growth Product Expert to help drive our international user growth. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in growth platform tools, user lifecycle management, and stakeholder collaboration, with the goal of advancing our global impact in the blockchain industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute growth tools like referrals, campaigns, affiliates, SEO, and other growth strategies
- Create and implement user lifecycle strategies to drive acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization in international markets
- Integrate AI to enhance growth products and strategies (a plus)
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and marketing teams to align growth initiatives
- Work closely with marketing to create cohesive campaigns
- Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and improve strategies
- Lead user research to understand behavior, particularly in international markets
- Define and prioritize high-impact product growth initiatives
Requirements:
- 8+ years in product management, including 4+ years focusing on international user growth
- Proven experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders
- Successful track record in driving cohesive strategies with marketing teams
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or relevant field (Advanced degree preferred)
- Experience leading high-performing teams
- Familiarity with international markets and cultural dynamics
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
