Responsibilities

• Lead the globalization of Binance’s P2P fiat product on mobile, aligning product strategy with business goals.
• Develop and maintain the app product roadmap, with strategic priorities to penetrate overseas markets.
• Drive global product and feature shipments, defining specifications and collaborating with design, engineering, and business teams.
• Collect and analyze user feedback to create customer-centric product solutions.
• Conduct market research to identify regional needs and work with local teams to deliver market-fit solutions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams globally to ensure project progress and successful execution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management with a proven track record of successful global product launches.
• Strong technical expertise and experience in managing large-scale product development cycles.
• Ability to use data-driven insights to optimize products and drive growth.
• Experience with app traffic analysis to influence product changes and market adoption.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English, with Mandarin fluency required.

Nice to Have

• Experience with e-commerce or peer-to-peer apps.
• Familiarity with Web3, DeFi ecosystems, and risk control modeling.
