Role Overview:

As a Senior Product Manager (Fiat) at Binance, you will play a pivotal role in integrating channels, defining the product roadmap, and building infrastructure. You will collaborate closely with business teams, driving initiatives that impact the business from end to end. You’ll engage with external partners, including banks, P2P, compliance teams, and payment third parties, to deliver world-class crypto payment solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead channel integration, product roadmap creation, and infrastructure development.
• Work closely with Business Development, Technical, Risk, Compliance, Big Data, and cross-functional teams.
• Drive product features and ensure they align with business objectives and industry standards.
• Collaborate with external partners to enhance crypto payment solutions.

Requirements:

• 8-10 years of experience in product management, with 2-3 years in the crypto space.
• Deep understanding of the Product Development Life Cycle, including UI/UX design, testing, production support, and optimization.
• Strong skills in market research, analysis, and competitive positioning.
• Proficiency in product design, wireframing, user story writing, and prototyping.
• Experience designing product performance dashboards and optimizing products using data-driven insights.
• Bonus: Knowledge of risk and compliance in payment products.
