About the Role
We’re seeking a Product Manager for Risk to strengthen our unified risk platform and protect users from scams and financial threats. Key responsibilities include:

Risk Foundation

• Develop and maintain internal tools and resources.
• Ensure externalized services are robust and scalable.

Scam Mitigation and User Protection

• Lead scam prevention efforts using machine learning technologies.
• Work across backend and frontend development to enhance user and operational experiences.

Team Leadership

• Manage and mentor a high-performing team to achieve risk management goals.

What You’ll Do

• Own product vision and metrics for credit and market risk.
• Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to execution.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and other teams.
• Define and analyze metrics to guide development.
• Align teams on a shared vision and drive execution.
• Communicate progress to stakeholders and executives.
• Lead and mentor 3-5 product managers.

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years of product management or related experience.
• 2+ years managing product managers.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience shipping and scaling successful products.
• Proven leadership and ability to align cross-functional teams.
• Passion for crypto, financial markets, and our mission.

Nice to Have

• Experience in financing products, institutional markets, or fintech.
• Background in Prime Brokerage, Derivatives, or Delta-One.
