Senior Program Manager, Security | Robinhood

Join Robinhood, a leading fintech company democratizing finance. We’re looking for a Senior Program Manager to drive security initiatives across various teams, ensuring Robinhood products are launched securely. This role supports our Entity CISO Office and partners with security, product, engineering, legal, and compliance teams.

What you’ll do:

• Manage cross-functional security programs impacting products.
• Align and execute multi-functional security initiatives.
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects with aggressive timelines.
• Support the Entity CISO Office in driving security expertise.
• Advocate for security solutions and identify innovation opportunities.

What you bring:

• 4+ years of experience in security or related technical fields.
• Proven track record in designing and leading security programs.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with compliance frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, NIST CSF).
• Highly organized, communicative, and results-driven.
