We're looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter & HR Specialist to scale our team and hire top talent in the web3 space.

Role Overview:

  • Full-time, contractor position (fixed salary)
  • Duration: At least 3 months
  • Fully remote
  • Immediate start

Responsibilities:

  • Own the full recruitment cycle for roles at Chainlabs: Data Engineer, Data Analyst, COO, and Business Development Manager
  • Source and engage top-tier talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and online referrals
  • Administer structured coding challenges (HackerRank, CoderPad)
  • Evaluate candidates based on CVs and track recruitment metrics
  • Implement innovative recruiting techniques using ChatGPT & Notion-based ATS
  • Potential for long-term HR responsibilities, including performance reviews and training programs

Requirements:

  • Proven experience hiring senior and C-level candidates
  • Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter/Sales Navigator
  • Strong understanding of the web3 ecosystem
  • Experience hiring engineers, CV evaluation, and screening interviews
  • Ability to work independently in a remote startup environment
  • Nice to have: Experience with structured technical interviews and platforms like HackerRank, CoderPad
  • Nice to have: Familiarity with web3 developer communities (GitHub, Discord, Telegram)
