Role Overview

• Design, develop, and maintain Rust-based integrations for Polygon CDK and AggLayer.
• Transition existing codebase from Go to Rust.
• Work on blockchain interoperability, smart contracts, and Zero Knowledge systems.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement modular, scalable Rust solutions.
• Mentor team members in Rust development.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Rust experience.
• 7+ years in backend development.
• Strong software engineering skills in complex architectures.
• Teaching/mentorship skills in Rust.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Blockchain, Rollups, or Zero Knowledge (a plus, not required).
• Go programming experience is beneficial.
