The Agent Productivity Tools (APT) team develops innovative customer experience platforms, tools, and AI/ML solutions to enhance customer service and compliance processes. Our work accelerates issue resolution, improves accuracy, and drives customer satisfaction.

Role
As a Software Engineer, you will build tools and applications to boost agent productivity, automate processes, and scale impact through AI/ML technologies.

Responsibilities:

Build full-stack user features with React, modern JS frameworks, Golang, and cloud technologies.

Lead the assessment and integration of third-party AI/ML tools.

Solve complex, cross-functional challenges in collaboration with product, design, and engineering teams.

Contribute to technical architecture and deliver scalable improvements across the platform.

Mentor team members on coding, testing, release processes, and best practices.

Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

5+ years in software engineering, with expertise in Golang, cloud technologies, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React).

Proven experience integrating AI/ML APIs and third-party tools.

Experience developing scalable, high-traffic platforms.

Familiarity with AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, and event-driven architectures (Kafka, MQ).

Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases and concepts like gRPC, GraphQL, and ETL pipelines.

Strong knowledge of caching, load balancing, logging, metrics, and debugging.

Nice to Haves:

Python, Ruby experience.

SaaS platform development.

Applications using OpenAI/ChatGPT.

Compensation:

Target annual salary: $180,625—$212,500 USD (varies by location).
