About the Role:

Join the Stellar Development Foundation (SDF) and work on cutting-edge blockchain technology that fosters financial inclusion. As part of the Platform team, you'll build mission-critical infrastructure, open-source tools, and APIs used by developers worldwide.

Responsibilities:

• Develop scalable web services and APIs for the Stellar blockchain.
• Optimize system performance and scalability.
• Design and implement developer-facing features.
• Collaborate on open-source projects and engage with the developer community.
• Write detailed technical specifications and participate in code reviews.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of software development experience.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems.
• Proficiency in Go, Python, Rust, C#, Java, or C++.
• Experience with production web services at scale.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Bonus Points:

• Experience with blockchain technologies, open-source contributions, or financial/payment products.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $180,000 - $210,000 (based on experience and location).
