The Role
As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you’ll join our growing talent team to attract top engineering talent, focusing on low-level systems engineers and other critical roles as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate experience
• Develop sourcing strategies to engage high-quality technical talent
• Support hiring needs across the board, from job descriptions to onboarding support
• Enhance candidate experience through organized processes and strong relationship-building
• Track and report on recruitment metrics to key stakeholders

Requirements

• 4+ years of technical recruiting experience in high-growth tech environments
• Proven success in hiring senior systems engineers
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage the recruitment process efficiently
• Excellent communication skills and relationship-building capabilities
• Passionate about crypto and blockchain technology
