As a Senior Growth Product Manager, International, you will be responsible for driving product initiatives that foster growth and enhance user experiences globally. You'll lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of growth products that unlock exceptional experiences for users across international markets.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the User Referral function and related campaigns, including managing key performance metrics for KOLs and retail users.
- Collaborate with marketing and engineering teams to develop a comprehensive product roadmap.
- Work cross-functionally to design strategies for international product development, implementation, and global rollout.
- Conduct research and usability testing to address the needs of international teams with effective solutions.
- Integrate user feedback, market analysis, and customer insights to shape product requirements.
- Develop both back-end and customer-facing solutions to address localization challenges.
- Prioritize product features, build consensus, and coordinate schedules with engineers, designers, and analysts.
- Use data-driven insights (e.g., A/B testing, surveys, usability studies) to inform product decisions.
- Define success metrics and ensure clear objectives for the team.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in product management or product ownership.
- Strong UX sensibility and familiarity with UI best practices.
- Proficiency in using analytics, user research, and business cases to drive product decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Experience in planning and executing workstreams.
