We're seeking an exceptional HRBP to join our team at Bybit. In addition to traditional HRBP duties, here's what sets our ideal candidate apart:

  1. You're a genuine problem solver, ready to think outside the box and go the extra mile to tackle challenges. Your resilience is akin to that of a top-tier salesperson.
  2. You're a self-starter, driven by ownership and a can-do attitude. Waiting for things to happen isn't your style—you make them happen.
  3. You're not just a follower; you're a collaborator who isn't afraid to push back when needed. Your insights and HR expertise influence the leaders you work with.
  4. Fluency in both English and Mandarin is a must, as you'll be engaging with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

If you see yourself reflected in these qualities, we'd love to hear from you. This is what it means to be a true HRBP at Bybit.
