Role Overview:
The Enterprise Applications & Architecture (EAA) team empowers Coinbase by developing and integrating enterprise applications, automation, and workflows. Within the Business Unit Delivery team, the CXP team focuses on optimizing customer service through efficient applications and networks. As an L3 Software Engineer, you'll independently tackle tasks, enhance functionality, and resolve issues using existing tools and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage individual tasks within existing features and systems.
• Apply tools, best practices, and principles of quality to deliver robust solutions.
• Build, configure, and debug systems to meet functional and non-functional requirements.
• Collaborate with teammates and suggest innovative approaches to enhance workflows.
• Write and review high-quality code and configurations.

Qualifications:

• BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in business applications development or product management.
• Proficiency in Apex, AWS, and Lambda.
• Familiarity with IVR, KMS, ML, chatbots, Salesforce, and backend integrations.
• Agile experience and Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (advanced certifications preferred).

Preferred:

• Experience with large-scale operations.
• Strong communication skills and ability to solve ambiguous technical challenges.

Compensation:
Annual Salary: ₹2,675,000 INR (includes bonus, equity, and benefits).
