Job Requirements
5–8 years of experience in human resources, preferably with a background in HR or management consulting, with priority given to candidates with experience in large Internet companies.
Practical experience in at least 2–3 HR functions, such as organizational design, performance management, benefits systems, and employee relations.
Excellent analytical and information interpretation skills, with the ability to extract effective solutions.
Strong implementation and problem-solving capabilities to ensure effective project execution.
High levels of empathy and communication skills, with the ability to foster cross-departmental collaboration effectively.
Able to adapt to an international work environment with cross-cultural communication skills; fluent in Chinese and English.
