Job Responsibilities:

  • Process Analysis and Optimization: Evaluate current HR processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and design and implement optimization plans to enhance work efficiency and employee experience.
  • Employee Policy Development: Use data analysis, industry best practices, and internal employee surveys to create and implement effective HR management policies.
  • Standardization Implementation: Develop and promote shared work standards to ensure consistency and operability across HR processes and policies in various modules.
  • Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of HR projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business needs.
  • Training and Communication: Provide training on new processes and standards to the team to ensure smooth implementation and gain employee support.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in HR management, business administration, or related fields.
  • Over 5 years of experience in HR management or related areas, with a preference for candidates with experience in system building, process optimization, and efficiency improvement.
  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to effectively drive change.
  • Familiarity with HR management software and tools, with a preference for those with project management skills.
  • Job Location: Based in Singapore or Malaysia
