About the Role:
As Developer Relations Lead, you’ll promote and drive adoption of our Coinbase Developer Platform, building tools to onboard 1M+ developers onchain. You’ll act as a bridge between engineering and the developer community, shaping our brand, refining our messaging, and creating critical documentation and sample applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with onchain developers through events, social media, and online communities.
- Create compelling content (how-to guides, tutorials, blogs, and sample apps) to promote CDP.
- Partner with the documentation team to prioritize improvements and gather developer feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance platform adoption and reach.
- Track and report engagement, satisfaction, and adoption metrics within the developer community.
What We’re Looking For:
- 6+ years in developer advocacy, technical writing, or related roles.
- Proven Web3 advocacy experience, including community building and conference speaking.
- Strong software development background and blockchain technology expertise.
- Exceptional communication skills for creating engaging technical content.
- Experience in community building, public speaking, and delivering technical workshops.
Nice to Have:
- Strong relationships in the Ethereum/EVM community.
- Crypto-native experience (e.g., interacting with Ethereum, using ENS, engaging with dApps).
- Robust portfolio of technical content (blogs, webinars, videos).
Compensation:
Target annual salary: $188,275—$221,500 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
