The Role
We seek a Staff Enterprise Architect to transform technology into business value. This role synthesizes business objectives into technology decisions, emphasizing design patterns, portfolio management, security, and master data.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise architecture guidelines, technical roadmaps, and system diagrams.
• Drive application portfolio health programs to address technical debt and enhance security.
• Evaluate applications and platforms for alignment with business and technology strategies.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure best practices and effective solutions.
• Lead technology analyses, enabling innovation to support strategic goals.
• Contribute to large-scale transformation initiatives from assessment to execution.

What We Look For

• Experience: 5+ years in Enterprise Architecture, collaborating with engineers and architects.
• Expertise: Proven skills in architecture standards, cybersecurity, and technical debt management.
• Collaboration: Strong team leadership, feedback, and decision-making abilities.
• Communication: Ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Preferred Skills: Knowledge of emerging technologies (crypto, blockchain), enterprise platforms (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite), and systems programming (Go preferred).

Nice to Haves

• Performance optimization for high-load systems.
• SDLC methodologies and frontend/backend development experience.
• Data management expertise with SQL and modern data stores (e.g., Snowflake).

Additional Details

• Compensation: Annual salary between $188,275 and $221,500, with bonus, equity, and benefits.
