ob Responsibilities:

1. Product planning and design: responsible for the planning and functional design of on-chain trading products (Swap business line), and clarify the product roadmap and iteration plan;


2. Demand analysis and management: In-depth analysis of market demand, user behavior and competitive environment, exploring user pain points and converting them into specific product needs;


3. Cross-departmental collaboration: coordinate R&D, design, testing and operation teams to ensure on-time delivery of product functions and promote high-quality product launch;


4. Market research and competitive product analysis: Continue to pay attention to the trends of the Web3 industry and DeFi market, regularly analyze competitive product dynamics, and provide data support for product optimization;


5. User experience optimization: improve transaction experience and performance, optimize transaction paths, reduce Gas fees, and increase transaction success rate;


6. Compliance and security management: Work with the legal and security teams to ensure that the product meets compliance requirements while ensuring the security of smart contracts and on-chain interactions;


7. Data-driven decision making: Based on data analysis and user feedback, we continuously optimize products to increase user activity and transaction volume.


Job requirements:

1. Experience requirements: Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of experience in Internet or blockchain-related products, those with experience in Swap or trading platform product design are preferred;


2. Industry understanding: Have an in-depth understanding of blockchain, DeFi, DEX and other fields, and be familiar with AMM, limit orders, liquidity pools and other mechanisms;


3. Data analysis ability: Familiar with common data analysis tools and methods, and capable of data-driven product decision-making;


4. Communication and project management skills: Have excellent communication, organization and cross-team collaboration skills, and be able to efficiently promote project execution;


5. Innovation and learning ability: Maintain a strong interest and learning ability in the Web3 field, pay attention to the latest development trends and technological developments in the industry; conduct in-depth research and use of related products, and optimize the experience from the user's perspective.
