Systems Analyst, Enterprise Apps - Coinbase

At Coinbase, we aim to increase global economic freedom by building the future financial system. We are looking for a Systems Analyst with expertise in Anaplan to join our Enterprise Applications and Architecture team, where you will drive automation and streamline financial operations to support company growth.

In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable solutions, focusing on financial planning and reporting processes. You will be responsible for Anaplan administration, model building, and integrations with other finance systems. You’ll also troubleshoot issues, lead testing, and contribute to business process transformations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement product roadmap for Anaplan and other financial applications
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Build scalable Anaplan models for workforce planning, budgeting, and financial reporting
• Administer, configure, and support Anaplan platform
• Collaborate with teams to design solutions and lead user acceptance testing
• Troubleshoot production issues and support month-end closure processes
• Conduct solution walkthroughs, demos, and user training

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience with Anaplan or similar EPMs
• Hands-on model building experience in Anaplan
• Knowledge of FP&A, workforce planning, and financial accounting
• Experience with middleware integrations (e.g., Workato, MuleSoft)
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and Jira
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have:

• Certified Model Builder / Solution Architect
• Experience in crypto or financial industries

Pay Range: $131,325—$154,500 USD (dependent on location), with bonus, equity, and benefits.
