Job Application: Market Researcher/Talent Sourcer Intern (Summer 2025)

As a Market Researcher/Talent Sourcer Intern, you’ll support our Recruiting team by sourcing top talent, assisting in market research, and collaborating with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to meet Coinbase’s talent needs. This 12-week summer internship offers hands-on experience in sourcing, strategic data gathering, and candidate engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with Recruiters to build talent pipelines for various roles.
• Assist in sourcing, assessing, and engaging potential candidates.
• Contribute to job description development, search strategies, and target companies.
• Support market insights and external talent research.
• Use Greenhouse and other tools to manage candidates and ensure positive candidate experiences.
• Assist with recruitment projects and provide support to Talent Acquisition colleagues.

Requirements:

• Previous internship experience in HR, Recruiting, or Business Administration preferred.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong multi-tasking, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred:

• Currently pursuing a degree or certificate in HR, Business Admin, Communications, Psychology, or related fields.

Compensation:
$30/hour
