Responsibilities

  • Record incoming/outgoing invoices
  • Pre-sort and classify receipts
  • Assist with payroll and bookkeeping before month-end
  • Support audits with documentation and information
  • Assist with budget and financial planning

Requirements

  • Training as a tax clerk or degree in finance/accounting
  • 3+ years of experience in accounting/bookkeeping
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting & tax law
  • Proficiency in DATEV, MS Office, and English
  • Independent, organized, and team-oriented
