About the Role
We seek a Technical Program Manager to lead critical machine learning initiatives intersecting generative AI, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll manage strategy, planning, and execution while ensuring successful delivery and adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive large-scale, technical, cross-functional programs.
• Define goals, align teams, and execute plans effectively.
• Oversee roadmap delivery, success criteria, and adoption metrics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, product, legal, and compliance.
• Manage requirements, milestones, and communications.
• Develop functional specs, roadmaps, and release plans.
• Monitor progress, resolve issues, and manage risks proactively.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of technical program management experience.
• Strong knowledge of distributed systems, cloud platforms, and microservices.
• Proven ability to resolve ambiguity and deliver actionable plans.
• Skilled in stakeholder communication and decision-making using data.
• Experience managing global programs with multiple priorities.

Preferred:

• Experience with compliance, legal teams, and international stakeholders.

Compensation:
Annual salary: $162,350—$191,000 USD, plus target bonus, equity, and benefits.
