Role Overview

• Lead developer engagement efforts, ensuring a world-class experience for builders on our platform.
• Requires a technical background, strategic mindset, and passion for developer communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute a developer relations roadmap, including education, advocacy, and enablement.
• Build and mentor a globally-distributed developer relations engineering team.
• Establish relationships with developers and create support programs.
• Oversee technical content, including documentation and tutorials.
• Develop outreach programs, hackathons, and ecosystem growth strategies.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams based on developer feedback.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software engineering, developer relations, or technical advocacy.
• Proven leadership in managing developer-facing teams.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Hands-on blockchain technology experience.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary range: $215k - $250k.
