Role: TPM Manager, Compliance Product Strategy & Programs
As a TPM Manager, you’ll lead strategic and technical initiatives, aligning cross-functional teams to deliver compliance solutions that empower our financial products.

What You’ll Do:

• Define cross-functional business objectives and drive execution from planning to implementation.
• Manage product workstreams, including scoping, resourcing, risk management, and progress tracking.
• Develop program deliverables such as BRDs, PRDs, and product launch documentation.
• Act as the bridge between Compliance SMEs, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Resolve blockers, address trade-offs, and ensure alignment between operational needs and user experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• 6+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager in FinTech.
• Expertise in balancing product innovation with compliance requirements.
• Strong background in Agile methodologies and the product development lifecycle.
• Proven problem-solving skills to navigate competing priorities across teams.
• Experience managing programs in global, complex, and fast-paced environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, computer science, engineering, economics, or a related field.

Bonus Points:

• Background in top-tier consulting or FinTech.
• MBA or certifications in program/project management.
• Knowledge of KYC, AML, OFAC, or financial compliance frameworks.
• Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Looker, and SQL.
