Technical Project Manager - Protofire Blockchain

Protofire seeks a Technical Project Manager to lead our DAO team and drive successful Web3 project delivery. This role involves guiding a team of talented developers, collaborating closely with clients, and ensuring projects meet their vision and goals. The Technical Project Manager will work at the forefront of decentralized technology, driving project momentum and managing all aspects of project execution to build impactful blockchain and crypto solutions.

Requirements:

• 5+ years as a PM, with leadership experience in blockchain, crypto, or Web3 projects
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and proactive ownership of projects and product vision
• Excellent communication skills with clients and teams
• Direct experience or solid understanding of DevOps, DeFi protocols, and architectural design (preferred)
• Technical background, ideally with experience as a developer
• Familiarity with frontend (React) and backend (NextJS, Rust, Go, Python), Solidity, BA, QA, DevOps, PO roles
• Knowledge of blockchain networks, distributed systems, and containerization (Docker)
• Passion for decentralized and Web3 technologies

• Experience with multisig wallets, finance, Solidity, and Non-EVM networks
