Technology & Backend Lead (GLOBAL)

Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Technology & Backend Lead to collaborate with the CTO and Product Lead, guiding our engineering team to build and maintain the backbone of Quantinium’s products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and document backend architecture for mobile and web applications.
• Lead product development with best practices, ensuring team productivity.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, and project managers.
• Make strategic technical decisions and set development roadmaps.
• Mentor junior team members and foster innovation.
• Engage in coding, troubleshooting, and feature enhancement.
• Address technical challenges to ensure system reliability.
• Implement coding standards and continuous improvements.

Qualifications:

• Expertise in JavaScript frameworks (Node.js, React.js), PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
• Proficiency with AWS infrastructure (API Gateway, Cloudfront, S3, Elastic Container, SQS).
• Blockchain experience: EVM stack, proxy contracts, Circom circuits, rollups, Layer 2 scaling, and oracle infrastructure.
• Skilled in automation tools (Puppet, Chef, Ansible) and CI/CD systems (Jenkins).
• 5+ years in software engineering team leadership and backend development.
• Strong understanding of microservices architectures and test-driven development.
