Trading Services Specialist - Robinhood

As a Trading Services Specialist, you’ll enhance customer experience by assisting with onboarding, money movement, asset transfers, and trading operations. This role offers exposure to compliance, trade operations, and financial services, requiring strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as the first point of contact for customer queries.
• Handle money movement, asset transfers, and KYC/EDD follow-ups.
• Ensure compliance with policies and MAS regulations.
• Participate in sales campaigns and marketing events.
• Support cross-functional teams, including Trade Ops, Compliance, and Customer Experience.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in trading, brokerage, or financial operations.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Relevant CMFAS certifications for regulatory activities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
