Position Overview
Coinbase is seeking a Vendor Risk Intern for the summer of 2025 to support our Source to Pay (S2P) team. This 12-week internship will involve working across various stages of vendor engagements, from strategic sourcing and procurement to third-party risk management and travel & expense oversight. You'll have the chance to contribute to key projects aimed at improving operational efficiency, risk management, and cost savings, while developing valuable experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Support risk mitigation and regulatory projects, aligning with Coinbase's goal of becoming the top crypto provider.
• Assist in spend management initiatives focused on savings, supplier consolidation, risk reduction, and improved transparency.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to support vendor selection and decision-making processes.
• Ensure accuracy and up-to-date documentation, including Desktop Procedures (DTP).
• Support internal marketing through content creation (training materials, social media posts, videos).
• Represent Coinbase externally in vendor communications.
