Role Overview:

Join our Hong Kong team as a Compliance Associate/VP, ensuring regulatory compliance in the fast-evolving digital asset space. You’ll report to the Head of Compliance APAC and support compliance, governance, and risk management efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee AML/KYC processes, compliance monitoring, and regulatory reporting.
• Implement and enhance financial crime compliance policies.
• Track APAC crypto regulations and update compliance frameworks accordingly.
• Conduct risk assessments, audits, and regulatory interactions (e.g., SFC, MAS).
• Train employees on compliance best practices.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years in compliance, regulatory affairs, or financial crime compliance.
• Experience with HK SFC, SG MAS, and global regulatory frameworks.
• Knowledge of crypto, blockchain, and digital assets.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Fluent English (Chinese proficiency is a plus).

Bonus Skills:

• Experience in risk management and policy drafting.
• Hands-on AML/KYC onboarding experience.
