In-depth analysis of VIP user needs, optimization of the platform's customized financial product solutions, and improvement of VIP product conversion rates;
Responsible for the design and planning and execution of financial products and operation strategies for high net worth clients, ensuring that the products meet the needs of high net worth clients;
Combine financial management, lending, trading and other teams to integrate VIP product solutions and form effective strategies to promote sales and business goals of major customers;
Continue to track updates and market trends of competitive products, promote product innovation, and maintain competitive advantage;
Provide product solution training to account managers (RM) in each region, support the promotion and sales of key customer solutions, and ensure the team's in-depth understanding and effective promotion of the product.
2. Job requirements
Language skills: Proficient in Chinese and English, able to communicate fluently in written and oral form;
Work experience: More than 5 years of experience in digital asset trading or financial product design;
Industry experience: experience in the digital currency industry or traditional financial industry;
Financial product design capabilities: Familiar with business models and core mechanisms such as financial management, structured products, options, lending and quantitative trading. Candidates with experience in financial product design are preferred;
Professional ability: Have excellent business thinking and resource integration ability, excellent cross-departmental communication and collaboration ability.
