VIP & Institutional Account Manager

Binance seeks an experienced crypto professional to drive business growth through account management and relationship-building. This role will support institutional and VIP clients by aligning their needs with Binance’s offerings, fostering client growth, and enhancing Binance’s product solutions for high-tier customers.

Responsibilities:

• Act as primary contact for institutional/VIP clients.
• Strengthen existing client relationships through ongoing communication and needs assessment.
• Identify growth opportunities and resources for clients.
• Master Binance’s products and collaborate with internal teams for upselling and cross-selling.
• Guide clients on Binance’s VIP structure, product updates, and platform changes.
• Engage mid-tier VIP and inactive clients to boost trading activity.
• Analyze client behavior, track engagement, and create reports on key accounts.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in account management/sales in finance/trading.
• In-depth product knowledge from experience with exchanges/brokers.
• Familiarity with trading strategies and client management.
• Strong communication skills; bilingual preferred (English + another language).
• Ability to work collaboratively and strategically with internal teams.
• Knowledge of trading systems and APIs is a plus.
• Ability to perform under pressure and a passion for crypto is essential.
