Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain trust with a portfolio of major clients, including global institutional and VIP clients.
  • Strengthen relationships with current clients through regular communication and understanding their needs.
  • Establish and manage customer service processes, track key accounts, and ensure effective service solutions.
  • Analyze user behavior, identify hidden needs, prepare key client reports, and collaborate across departments for optimal service.

Requirements:

  • 4-7 years of experience in sales/client services within international finance, such as banking or investments.
  • Portfolio of institutional clients, HNW individuals, or private bank customers.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and sales skills; adaptable and able to perform well under pressure.
  • Interest in crypto (industry experience is a plus).
  • Fluency in English and native-level proficiency in the local language.
