1. Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement VIP customer growth strategies;
Actively discover and attract new VIP customers with high potential to expand the customer base;
Establish key customer service processes and systems, formulate management rules, and track the status of key customers;
Participate in industry activities on behalf of the company to enhance the exposure and influence of the VIP brand in the market;
Cooperate and communicate with all parties in different regions and departments to provide the best customer service solutions and experience; sort out and share customers' successful experiences to continuously improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
2. Job requirements
Language skills: Proficient in Chinese and English, able to communicate fluently in written and oral form;
Work experience: At least 3 years of experience in high net worth client development; clients with high net worth individuals, private banking clients, family offices, etc. are preferred;
Industry experience: Candidates with working experience in web3 exchanges, asset management institutions, or traditional financial institutions are preferred;
Professional ability: Excellent business thinking and resource integration ability, excellent customer communication and customer conversion ability; strong performance goal orientation and ability to withstand pressure
