About the Web3 Young Talent Program

This full-time position offers an immersive experience within Binance’s blockchain ecosystem, blending hands-on exposure with a structured training program to refine both technical expertise and soft skills essential for professional success.
Who Can Apply
- Fresh graduates or individuals with 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze newly disclosed vulnerabilities in smart contracts, identifying root causes to prevent future exploits.
- Conduct security audits on smart contracts and blockchains, producing high-quality audit reports.
- Develop tools for automated scanning and monitoring of smart contracts and blockchains.
- Use scanning tools to identify vulnerabilities in online contracts and provide timely risk alerts.
- Perform post-mortem analyses of hacking incidents, including cause analysis, process reviews, and basic fund tracing.
- Monitor and model emerging on-chain attack trends and assess security risks, including fraud and phishing.
- Showcase a strong understanding of EVM-compatible blockchains, layer-2 solutions, and DeFi design patterns.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proficiency in Smart Contract programming (e.g., Solidity).
- Basic knowledge of common Smart Contract vulnerabilities and blockchain principles.
- Familiarity with blockchain explorers, scams, wallet drainers, and common attack vectors.
- Experience with smart contract development tools and testing.
- Proficiency in Python or other object-oriented programming languages.
- Competence in code analysis, debugging, and version control tools (e.g., VSCode, Git).
Additional Skills (Preferred)
- Passion for cryptocurrency, DeFi, smart contracts, and blockchain.
- Knowledge of fuzz testing, static analysis, or security vulnerability prevention.
- Hands-on experience in smart contract development (e.g., Foundry, HardHat).
- Experience with CTF, bug bounty programs, or front-end development (React, JavaScript, TypeScript).
- Familiarity with on-chain data analysis or data mining.
