Current university students and recent graduates.

Responsibilities

• Support Client Service Lead with administrative tasks (e.g., collating responses, tabulating figures).
• Provide first-line support for account and system issues.
• Act as the representative of VIP customers to internal teams (account, finance, risk, products).
• Collect customer feedback and manage projects for product changes.
• Keep customers updated on system and product changes.

Requirements

• Understanding of trading platforms and cryptocurrency basics (e.g., blockchain transactions).
• Knowledge of derivatives and trading products (e.g., futures) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills, especially under pressure.
• Excellent communication and cross-departmental coordination skills.
• Ability to participate in on-call rotation as required.
