Work As A Earn Operation and User Growth Analyst

Binance, the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange, is seeking a candidate to drive user growth and Earn & Loan volume growth in CEE, EU, and the UK. The role will involve planning and executing campaigns, promotions, and AMAs to boost user and product growth. 

Key responsibilities include utilizing local communication channels (such as paid ads and meetups), exploring marketing collaborations with KOLs and token partners, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute marketing strategies. Performance will be monitored through data analysis.

Requirements:

• 3+ years in product marketing, DeFi protocols, channel marketing, or user growth
• Fluency in English
• In-depth understanding of CEE/EU markets and crypto trends
• Based in UTC +2 to UTC +4 time zone
• Strong logical thinking, communication, and analytical skills
• Solid understanding of Binance and competitors' Earn and Loan products and blockchain trends
