• Navigates complex legal & regulatory challenges in crypto and blockchain.
• Ensures security, compliance, and trust while supporting innovation.

Role Overview:

• Provide legal & regulatory guidance on product development and global licensing.
• Manage projects across Product, Compliance, Finance, Tech & Security teams.
• Build relationships with leadership, regulators & external stakeholders.
• Support expansion initiatives and evaluate legal risks in a changing landscape.

Qualifications:

• Required: JD degree, 10+ years of legal experience (law firm or in-house).
• Preferred:
  • Expertise in financial regulations & licensing in the U.S. & internationally.
  • Experience in fintech, digital assets, or high-growth tech environments.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary: $209,000 - $261,000 (NY, CA, WA) + discretionary bonus & equity.

• Hybrid work policy: 2 days/week in NYC & Seattle offices; remote-first otherwise.
