Marketing Manager – Aptos Foundation Accelerator

Role Overview
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for accelerator projects.
- Guide founders on branding, messaging, PR, and GTM planning.
- Act as a bridge between projects, Aptos marketing teams, and external agencies.
- Support community growth, influencer engagement, and strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Create and implement marketing plans for accelerator projects.
- Provide hands-on support in campaign activation, PR, and community growth.
✅ Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with Aptos marketing teams to amplify projects via press, events, and social media.
- Liaise with marketing agencies to ensure high-quality execution.
✅ Growth & Partnerships
- Develop strategic partnerships with influencers, media, and Web3 platforms.
- Organize joint events, AMAs, and content collaborations.
✅ Campaign Optimization
- Track and analyze on-chain & off-chain marketing performance.
- Experiment with new strategies to optimize campaign impact.
✅ Program Positioning
- Build the accelerator’s online presence and engage key stakeholders.
- Create marketing playbooks & GTM frameworks for startups.
What We’re Looking For
✔️ 4+ years in growth, product, community, or brand marketing (Web3/crypto preferred).
✔️ Proven experience in marketing campaigns, influencer engagement, and GTM activations.
✔️ Strong project management & stakeholder collaboration skills.
✔️ Deep understanding of Web3 marketing dynamics & social growth strategies.
💰 Salary Range: $120,000 - $175,000 (Based on experience & location).
