About the Role

Join Aptos Foundation’s ‘10x Ecosystem’ accelerator, helping top Web3 projects scale from ‘1 to 10.’ As a Partner Success Manager (PSM), you’ll be the key advisor and connector for accelerator startups, ensuring they maximize program resources and overcome technical, marketing, and strategic challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary relationship manager for accelerator projects.
  • Guide teams in leveraging program resources to meet their goals.
  • Track milestones, identify risks, and escalate issues for resolution.
  • Connect startups with partners, service providers, and ecosystem experts.
  • Collaborate with Aptos engineering, product, marketing, and BD teams.
  • Monitor success metrics and provide data-driven insights.
  • Contribute to internal reporting on project progress.

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years in partnerships, venture capital, accelerators, or account management (preferably in Web3 or blockchain).
  • Experience with early-stage crypto startups, tokenomics, and token generation events.
  • Familiarity with smart contracts, DeFi, NFTs, and Web3 technologies.
  • Strong relationship management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, founder-facing environment.

Compensation

💰 Salary Range: $120,000–$175,000 (based on experience & location).
