About the Role

Join Aptos Foundation’s ‘10x Ecosystem’ vision for 2025 by managing technical execution for high-potential accelerator projects. Ensure projects launch successfully, scale efficiently, and align with Aptos’ infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects for accelerator teams.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to define scope, milestones, and deliverables.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks to ensure smooth project launches.
• Support teams in architecture, scalability, security, and infrastructure optimization.
• Develop frameworks, playbooks, and best practices for accelerator projects.

Requirements:

• 4+ years in technical program/project management (Web3, blockchain, or startups).
• Strong understanding of blockchain architecture, smart contracts, and consensus mechanisms.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Ability to simplify technical concepts for both engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Move language (preferred).

Bonus:

• Experience in crypto accelerators, startups, or VC environments.
• Mentorship or support experience for early-stage founders and dev teams.

💰 Salary Range: $120,000 - $193,000 (varies by experience & location). Additional benefits and token incentives available.
