Work As An Affiliates & Community Manager At Binance

Binance, the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange, is seeking a seasoned Affiliate & Community Manager to join our South Asia marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, technology, and a deep understanding of the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry.

Responsibilities:

• KOL Management: Reach out to influencers and KOLs, manage negotiations, onboarding, and ensure smooth integration of affiliates. Analyze performance data, recommend improvements, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Community Management: Engage with the South Asian community on platforms like Telegram and forums. Organize events (online and offline), gather feedback, and track community growth. Work with internal teams to drive cross-functional community initiatives.

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of experience managing affiliate/community programs, preferably in fintech or crypto.
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain, and fintech.
• Business development experience is a plus.
• Fluency in English & Hindi.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage diverse communities in a fast-paced environment.
