Your Role

• Manage client onboarding from deal signing to go-live.
• Become an expert in Rain’s products & developer docs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor onboarding solutions.
• Analyze & optimize onboarding processes for a seamless experience.
• Provide insights using data-driven analysis to enhance user success.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in product analytics, preferably B2B.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience with product analytics tools.
• Ability to work independently & cross-functionally.

Bonus Skills

• Experience in fintech, BaaS, or credit card industry.
• Familiarity with SQL & program management tools.
• Interest in stablecoins as a payment tool.
