Uniswap Labs is building products to unlock value through universal exchange, with a focus on decentralized finance. We’re seeking an experienced Associate General Counsel to manage global regulatory risks and advise on crypto and financial industry regulations. This role offers flexibility for remote work.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the global regulatory function
• Advise on regulatory frameworks and industry developments
• Advocate for decentralized finance regulations globally
• Support international growth strategies
• Represent Uniswap with regulators and public officials
• Collaborate with the legal and Uniswap teams

Requirements:

• 8+ years of regulatory experience in financial services or tech
• Juris Doctor (or equivalent) from an accredited law school
• Proven advocacy with US and international regulators
• Knowledge of blockchain, DeFi, and digital assets
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Member of a US state bar in good standing

Compensation:
Salary range: $270,000 - $300,000, plus equity, tokens, and benefits (e.g., medical, 401(k), education stipend, paid leave).
