Role Overview

Seeking an experienced leader to drive growth in active accounts and solidify Stellar as the leading blockchain for payments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business development team to increase active accounts.
• Develop payment and stablecoin ecosystem, grow global wallets, and expand into new verticals.
• Manage key relationships with global payment service providers.
• Support partnerships, regulatory needs, and ecosystem events.

Requirements

• 10+ years in business development, payments, fintech, or blockchain.
• Deep knowledge of crypto payments, merchant systems, and global/local payment ecosystems.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and sales expertise.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel for industry events.

Bonus Points

• Existing relationships in crypto payments and DeFi.
• Connections with major payment service providers.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $255,000 - $385,000 + lumen-denominated grants
