Your Role

As a key leader reporting to the CCO, you’ll:

• Develop and oversee compliance programs for digital assets and card programs.
• Manage state and international licensing and ensure regulatory adherence.
• Serve as the primary liaison with regulators and assess compliance risks.
• Create and update policies on AML, KYC, and data protection.
• Train teams and promote a culture of compliance.

What You Bring

• Experience: 7+ years in fintech compliance, with expertise in card programs and digital assets.
• Knowledge: Strong grasp of AML, KYC, and financial regulations.
• Leadership: Ability to influence teams and drive compliance initiatives.
