Role Overview

• Lead engineering teams to build and maintain scalable, high-performance trading data platforms.
• Hands-on leadership with technical contributions.
• Drive product-centric initiatives and foster a collaborative engineering culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and develop low-latency, high-availability trading data platforms.
• Design and optimize scalable, fault-tolerant data pipelines.
• Integrate trading operations with back-office systems for efficiency.
• Implement cloud-native solutions with AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
• Enhance deployment automation using GitOps.
• Ensure security, compliance, and financial accountability (DevSecFinOps).
• Mentor engineers and drive innovation.

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's/Master’s in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong expertise in Rust (or C++), Python, TypeScript.
• Proven experience in trading infrastructure, financial data engineering, and cloud-native architectures.
• Knowledge of GitOps, DevSecFinOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code.
• Leadership experience in engineering teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in crypto trading, DeFi, blockchain, or high-frequency trading.
